Recycle for Calderdale is promotion organised by Calderdale Council with its waste contractor Sita. In addition to this website, Recycle for Calderdale provides regular 'ezines' (electronic newsletters - register for yours here) yearly collection date calendars, helpful information leaflets and adverts to every household in Calderdale to remind you to 'keep recycling'.

Our symbol (top left)
You'll see the symbol on new recycling boxes, bottle banks, collection lorries and other forms of communications related to recycling.
Who's running the national campaign?
The Recycle Now campaign is run by WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme). WRAP works closely with councils and retailers to make sure the recycling message is heard.
