Calderdale meets Recycling Targets, but can do better!

Calderdale residents have recently hit new targets, and have recycled 20% or their household rubbish. But, we can, and still need to do better! Our next target is 25%, to be reached by next year (2007/8), but with your help we aim to beat this.
